When Hailey Glassman was deposed on Monday by lawyers for TLC, she painfully learned what most already believed about her ex-boyfriend Jon Gosselin - he had cheated on her.

"He became a monster," she told RadarOnline.com. "He's master manipulator and a compulsive liar."
Despite standing by the reality show star during their eight-month relationship, Glassman said she learned during Monday's deposition that Gosselin had indeed cheated on her with former tabloid reporter Kate Major.
"I was told under oath that Jon really did sleep with Kate Major," Glassman said. "I'm mind-boggled and hurt by it. And he still lies to me about it and denies it to this day."
Glassman, 22, explained that Gosselin, who is being sued by TLC for breach of contract, had approached her in June to do a "defending Hailey" article with a "friend" of his who felt badly for her.
"I think back now and say to myself, 'Hailey, you should have been smarter.' I mean they told me, 'Kate Major is going to pretend to be Jon's girlfriend so they can take the heat off of you', and I was like, 'great! Ok, thank you!'" she said.
The photos which surfaced, showing Gosselin and Major out in New York and in the Hamptons, were the "ultimate betrayal" to Glassman.
Though she stuck by the octodad, the couple hit a rough patch during a recent "Entertainment Tonight" interview in which Gosselin stormed off the set.
Despite the couple living in the same apartment, Glassman said they are no longer together. Her relationship with the infamous reality TV dad of eight has uprooted her life, she said.
"Welcome to my nightmare," a teary-eyed Glassman told Radar. "I'm not on speaking terms with my mother because of Jon. He's thrown a huge fork in my family. That's the saddest part about all of this.
"I just want this all to be over," she said. "I want him out of my life. I think Jon needs to relearn to love himself before he can even have friendships. He needs to relearn how to be a good person and I hope he gets help."

Tally up the score: Lisa Leslie is pregnant again.

The retired pro basketball star and husband Michael Lockwood are expecting their second child – a boy – in May, she tells PEOPLE exclusively.

"We are excited," says Leslie, 37, who became pregnant in September, during her last month as a player with the Los Angeles Sparks. "When we found out he was boy, Michael shouted, 'Yes, thank you Jesus!' " jokes the former forward, who received the news the day before Thanksgiving.

The couple plan to name their son Michael Joseph Lockwood, Jr., but will call him by the nickname M.J. With the same initials as basketball legend Michael Jordan, Leslie suspects basketball could be in her son’s future.

"I imagine M.J. won’t be shorter than 6'6"," says the 6'5" three-time WNBA MVP and four-time Olympic gold medalist. Husband Lockwood, a pilot for UPS and a former Air Force Academy basketball player, is 6'7".

"I'm feeling really good," adds Leslie, who retired from the Sparks in October and is currently working in broadcasting and promoting a line of CieAura health products.

She and Lockwood, 44, married in 2005 and have a 2 ½-year-old daughter together, Lauren Jolie. Michael is also dad to kids from his previous marriage – Mikaela, 15, is a high school junior, while Gabrielle, 18, is a freshman at Baylor.

The toddler – herself a tennis and swimming enthusiast – is looking forward to having a baby brother, Leslie says. "She’s thrilled; she says it's her baby and I'm just carrying him," Leslie says laughing.

The former basketball star's second pregnancy is different from her first in another respect – she's showing much sooner.

"As soon as I stopped playing, my belly popped right out," she explains. "I wore a two-piece bathing suit with my first pregnancy after three months – but no way now!"

If the album died an unceremonious death at the hands of the MP3 in the 2000s, someone forgot to tell these people. Committed artists old and new, and a few somewhere in between, recorded thoroughly satisfying full-length collections of songs in the past decade, many of them thematically linked from beginning to end. What a concept.

Today London is busy working its style credentials hosting an auction selling artefacts and wardrobe belonging to elegant icon, Audrey Hepburn (see Related Content, right) and it looks like 2010 could be just as fashion fabulous with a new exhibition exploring the glamour of Grace Kelly. The Oscar-winning actress, known for her cool blonde roles in such classics as To Catch a Thief, Dial M for Murder and High Society, was, like Audrey, a vision of silver screen panache in the 1950s, before she married Prince Rainier of Monaco and retired from Hollywood. And this exhibition, to be held at the Victoria & Albert Museum from April next year, salutes the personal and professional career of Tinseltown’s true life princess.

I'm not new to AC -- I've had it for 2 years -- but I erased all of my data months ago thinking that I didn't have a lot of free time. Now I'm starting over again today and welcoming all visitors! My name is Ky, and my town is named Beldyn. My fc is 0002-3799-6759, and I am on at random times during the day, every day, but mostly around 1pm, EST. Just keep in mind that I have a crappy Wi-Fi connection and may not be able to connect all the time.

Dave Matthews Band concerts were the highest grossing concerts of the decade, according to the latest issue of Rolling Stone.

Dave Matthews Band concerts in North America raked in $529.1 million from 2000 to 2009, edging Celine Dion's $522.1 million. The rest of the decade's 10 highest grossing concerts were from Kenny Chesney, the Rolling Stones, Bruce Springsteen, U2, Madonna, The Eagles, Elton John solo and the Elton John/Billy Joel tours.

DMB had the benefit of touring every year this decade, as the band has since its inception. Still, it's quite the impressive feat to top the list of highest grossing concerts. The quest to dominate two decades in a row will begin next year when Dave Matthews Band concerts resume.

I love seeing these guys live, Hollywood Bowl 2007 was such an amazing experience! Looking forward to next summer - hopefully I'll get to the Gorge for the 1st time :D

Opening in 3D theaters and IMAX 3D on December 17, 2010, "Tron Legacy" stars Jeff Bridges, Garrett Hedlund, Olivia Wilde, Bruce Boxleitner, James Frain, Beau Garrett and Michael Sheen.

The Joseph Kosinksi-directed movie is a 3D high-tech adventure set in a digital world that's unlike anything ever captured on the big screen. Sam Flynn (Hedlund), the tech-savvy 27-year-old son of Kevin Flynn (Bridges), looks into his father's disappearance and finds himself pulled into the same world of fierce programs and gladiatorial games where his father has been living for 25 years. Along with Kevin's loyal confidant (Olivia Wilde), father and son embark on a life-and-death journey across a visually-stunning cyber universe that has become far more advanced and exceedingly dangerous.

Johnny Depp Promotes His Film, Hasn't Seen It

TOKYO — Actor Johnny Depp highly recommends his latest movie – though he said he hadn't personally gone out to see it yet.

Depp, in Tokyo for the Japan premiere of "Public Enemies," said Wednesday he was drawn to the movie because of his childhood interest in John Dillinger, the bank robber who in Depression-era America was declared public enemy No. 1 by federal authorities.

"I haven't seen the film yet, but I hear great things about it," Depp said at a news conference at a Tokyo hotel. The movie came out in the U.S. on July 1, but Depp often makes it his practice not to watch his movies, saying he enjoys the film making process but doesn't like to see himself on screen.

Depp said he saw Dillinger, who was eventually killed by police, as a brave and charismatic figure, and listed the famed criminal among his childhood idols, along with Buster Keaton and Charlie Chaplin.

He said he felt a special connection to Dillinger because his own grandfather was pushed into illegal activities – "moonshining," or brewing illegal liquor – to make a living in Kentucky during the Depression.

Unlike Dillinger, however, the 46-year-old Depp, who was named this year's "Sexiest Man Alive" by People magazine, said he did not believe he had any enemies.

"I don't think I have any enemies, really," Depp said. "The scariest enemy is within, allowing yourself to conform to what is expected of you."

Depp will have an opportunity to watch the movie Thursday, should he choose to do so. He is attending a red carpet event before its Tokyo showing, and will address fans at the theater.

TMZ's gonna be expanding, y'all!

Warner Bros. wants to expand TMZ, the tabloid news website and TV show that has become the bane of every celebrity's life for its scathing -- and usually accurate -- reporting on the rich and the restless.

TMZ, which was the brainchild of lawyer turned muckraker Harvey Levin, has been run as a partnership between Warner Bros.' Telepictures unit and America Online since it launched in December 2005. Now though, as AOL prepares to spin off from Time Warner, TMZ will become 100% owned and operated by Warner Bros. AOL will continue to feature TMZ on its home page to drive traffic to the site for the next year, but Warner Bros. is also going to start establishing relationships with other portals in an effort to broaden its reach.

Often dismissed as a bunch of kids going through celebrity garbage cans, TMZ gained new prominence when it was first to report that pop star Michael Jackson died. It also has been out front on the Tiger Woods scandal. According to regulatory filings, TMZ had revenues in 2008 of $25.4 million. Warner Bros. wants to grow TMZ's news operation, people close to the operation said. At the same time, though, the company does not plan on investing more in TMZ even though it is now losing its partner.

Instead Warner Bros. wants to get more aggressive and effective in selling advertising across the TV show and the site. TMZ, a person a familiar with the company said, attracts more upscale consumers, and Warner Bros. thinks it can boost ad revenues substantially. TMZ also is increasing its presence on mobile phones, which Warner Bros. thinks it can exploit better now that it is the sole owner.

One thing that is not planned for now is a TMZ cable channel. We think they're missing an opportunity there. How about combining TMZ with Time Warner's Headline News. A Nancy Grace-Harvey Levin combination would be something to behold. It would also be really scary, but anyway.

To those who may hate the website, watch the show. It's the funniest show on TV right now, swear to God.

Colin Firth recently spoke to Moviefone about his latest film 'A Single Man', his new-found Oscar hype because of it, and Bridget Jones 3...

One of the most talked-about film performances of 2009 is Colin Firth's starring role in 'A Single Man.' The British actor's beautifully sensitive portrayal of George Falconer, a gay college professor whose longtime partner dies suddenly, has put him on the shortlist for a Best Actor Oscar nomination. The film, based on the 1964 Christopher Isherwood novel of the same name, was written, directed and produced by Tom Ford, the American fashion designer previously known mainly for helming the houses of Gucci and Yves Saint Laurent. 'A Single Man' premiered at this year's Venice Film Festival, at which Firth won the Volpi Cup (best actor award).

Firth is probably best known for playing two not terribly different incarnations of a Jane Austen character: ultimate 19th-century heartthrob Mr. Darcy in the beloved 1995 miniseries 'Pride and Prejudice' and his 21st-century counterpart, Mark Darcy, in 'Bridget Jones's Diary' and 'Bridget Jones: The Edge of Reason.' But he's also shown his range via diverse roles in movies such as 'Where the Truth Lies,' 'Mamma Mia!' and 'Nanny McPhee.' His screen personae tend to be intelligent, understated and dryly witty, and the man's no different in real life. He chatted with Moviefone about 'A Single Man,' 'Bridget Jones' and playing bad guys, among other other things.

With his square jaw-line, arched eyebrows that frame his deep brown eyes and his ever-so-charming asymmetrical smile, “Scrubs” newbie Dave Franco is not only a handsome looking 24-year-old. Despite being a fresh face, he’s an oddly familiar one too.

There are a host of reasons to get to know AccessHollywood.com’s newest Rising Star and none of them have to do with his Golden Globe-winning older brother and “Acting With James Franco” “Funny Or Die” skit co-star, James Franco.
